I have a few mothers in my life. But one she, I am sure, loves me for is my love for her food and a very simple recipe. Called....wait for it....Noodles and Cheese. At first yes you thing Mac and cheese. Not the same. Its easy to make, very easy. Poor people love it as do the rich. First ingredient any kind of noodles, but Ramen noodles are prefered. They are cheap, horrible for you but perfect. Second, your choice of cheese. After cooking the noodles to your desired tenderness drain, and add cheese. At this point add anything else to it would like. For me it is a single hotdog per packet of noodles, tapito and red crushed peppers. Everyone may choose what they want. I know I make my Mothers proud.

The magic twenty
Alright so I hit an important landmark for my Marine career today. Twenty dead-hang pull-ups. This is the magic number for Marines. It is how you get a perfect score for the PFT. (Physical Fitness Test) They are the money makers and point makers. For example, each pull-up is worth five points for a total of 100. Each crunch is a point maxing out at 100 in two minutes. An 18 minute three mile run is perfect score of 100, Minus a point each ten seconds. Six points for the minute. I run about a 22minute three mile pace. That isnt bad for a guy my size. Anyways, just hit the magic twenty for the first time ever and wanted to share. That is all.
Velocirapter Day
So I am blogging on the move today. So Wednesday was Velociraptor Awareness Day and the Maintenance Officers going away. We got shirts and a cake made for it. It was rather eventful. Worked the first half of the day and played volleyball for the rest at the beach. The new Sgtmjr we have showed up and had a good laugh at our shirts. Hopefully you all enjoyed it!

Mothers
Well I know this blog needs a little catching up, so I have been having a trend of going through old pictures. This one comes from around Thanksgiving weekend from Lake Arrowhead. It was an amazing time. My Mother(the birthing one :p) got married to Jefferey Ward. Its funny to watch your Mom get married after you are. I guess it is part of life sometimes. Speaking of Mothers....Mom has a special present hopefully coming her way for Mother's Day. I don't think it will beat my "other Mothers" surprise Mother's Day present a few years ago, but I always have a trick or two with a few people helping behind the scenes
From left to right : Kaylie(half-sis), myself, Mrs.Ward, Mr.Ward, Katelyn Ward, and Trent Ward. I thought this picture summed us up pretty damn well.
Weight Loss and a Dog.
This is probably one of the hardest things to do in the world. I am not necessarily out of shape, but I have more fat on my body than my job wishes me to have. I am not an horrible runner or anything, but I want to get back to where I was when I was at my peak but better. Unfortantly, I had to take most of this week super easy to do horrible sunburns from BBQing on the beach on Easter. I guess it happens. Gotta remember how white I really am.
So I think today I am going to give an update on the newest part of the McCullough family. Lord Rexifer. Yes that is his full name. Meghan told me that when you get a Yorkie, that they have those kind of names. He is I believe about six months old. He knows who his owners are and is very friendly. Does fantasic in car rides. Only thing he knows how to do really is sit. He is my little man, and a pain in the butt. I am in no way used to small dogs. I swear, he is encouraging me not to have any kids soon.

Alone
He sat alone in the singletary chair placed in the corner of his living room. His face gloomy in the shadows. In his hand is a glass of whiskey on the rocks, shaking slightly with the ever slight movements of the hand. Memories flash over and over as if by toreture in his mind. Never forgetting the blood stained patterns placed on his best friends face, his brother infact. Steel that had pierced his shoulder gushing blood in streams, the white of the brothers eyes shaking and fading father into the abise of darkness. He will never forget what it felt like, but he will always love him. For he was found the moment he was truly in pain and lost, while being held tightly in his fellow brother Marines arms. His last comfert were the words "you will never be forgotten, I will tell your story to the world" To be continued.

Lose it!
Well as of about the last two weeks I have been running and working out my body like it is cool and keeping a track of my caloric intake. My legs are so tired. I have been using an app on my phone called Lose it!. If used correctly it can help you keep track of what you eat and what you burn off when you exercise. Of course you shouldn't follow it to the T. If you link it to your Facebook it will send your weight-loss/gains and what you burn as a post to FB. I am trying to lose currently two pounds a week until I am down to 170. It says by the end of June I should be able to reach this goal. I have not really changed my diet to much, but I have a much better idea of portion control now. I am so far down about 6 pounds, and no it isn't water weight. For more information visit the website, or Google Lose it!.
Wish me luck,
and man do my legs need a break.
PS: For those who don't know it is a good idea to have one cheat day a week. I use it as an incentive, like I gotta earn it.

That is right. I am back
That is right ladies and gentleman! I am back to ramble on, write poems, short stories, keep people posted on me and what is going on. I honestly have been meaning to go back to my old one blog, but I felt it was time to let go. I haven't blogged in a really long time. A few years in fact if I am correct. I feel most inspired to write in the morning, however because of normal working hours I am going to try and post at least once a week. I get really creative with ideas most when I am driving to work honestly.
So I think my first post is just going to stay simple.
I'm back
and I am still the favorite.
